Dogs have been gaining weight in tandem with their human owners over the past decade. In 2009, a survey of veterinarians by the Association for the Prevention of Pet Obesity found that the number of overweight and obese dogs in America had grown 2 percent over the previous year to 45 percent. Here are some of those corpulent canines.
