Stunning new orchid
These are the images of a new orchid species, Lophiaris silverarum, that was named after the family of Katia Silvera, a postdoctoral scholar at the University of California, Riverside, who discovered the plant. The photo gallery also includes other orchid species that Silvera has studied.
