Infographic: The Healthiest Places to Live

The Human Development Index, a part of the Measure of America 2010-2011 report, released Nov. 10 reveals the well-being of U.S. states, congressional districts, ethnic and racial groups, as well as men and women. The index, which goes from 0 to 10, focused on three factors of well-being: health (the capacity to live a long and healthy life), education (access to knowledge) and income (the capacity to maintain a decent standard of living).
