Shark Science on the 35th Anniversary of Jaws

Sharks can be deadly and in many ways mysterious. But in the 35 years since "Jaws" first terrified movie-goers, (the movie was released June 20, 1975) science has revealed much about sharks, their evolution, and how they work.
