Curator of Vertebrates, Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa
Felix Georg Marx is a curator at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, where he manages the marine mammal collection. He is also an honorary senior lecturer at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. His research focuses on the evolution and biology of marine mammals, particularly cetaceans, and he co-authored the textbook "Cetacean Paleobiology" (Wiley Blackwell) with Olivier Lambert and Mark Uhen.
