Deborah Fuller leads research on developing broad-spectrum vaccines and antivirals to protect against highly variable viruses such as HIV, influenza and emerging pathogens like SARS-CoV-2 and Zika. Her research has produced more than a dozen patents and launched two biotechnology companies.
