Laura is a senior copy editor at Live Science, where she's held both staff and freelance roles since 2013. Before joining Live Science full time, she edited for a range of publications covering science, tech and business, including Space.com, Tom's Guide and Business.com. Laura has also reported on renewable energy news and served as a Spanish-to-English translator. She has bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Spanish from Marist University.
