GE Air Conditioning and Heating Units Recalled by General Electric, Sharp

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Sharp Corp., of Osaka, Japan, and GE Appliances and Lighting, of Louisville, Ky., announced a voluntary recall of about 90,600 GE Zoneline Air Conditioners and Heaters.

Hazard: An electrical component in the heating system can fail, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
