Military to Launch Space Plane in 2010

The U.S. Air Force plans to send the X-37B — a reusable, unpiloted military space plane — into orbit next year, according to SPACE.com.
The
long-delayed project sounds near to reality. The X-37B OTV-1 (Orbital
Test Vehicle 1) is currently on the launch manifest for January 2010,
explained U.S. Air Force Captain Elizabeth Aptekar.
The winged X-37B OTV-1 (Orbital Test Vehicle 1) would tuck inside the shroud of an Atlas V Evolved Expendable Launch Vehicle (EELV).
