The DelFly Micro, billed by its creators as the world's smallest ornithopter, uses a miniaturized video camera and transmitter to broadcast live video to the pilot. At present the DelFly team only has access to a basic antenna to pick up the very weak signal the Micro's tiny onboard transmitter produces, limiting the effective range of the aircraft to 50 meters.
