This tiny speck of triangles, squares, and other pointy shapes may not impress at first glance, but this grain packs a powerful punch. Each little grain - made up of magnesium, titanium, and oxygen - has an enormous surface area and an insatiable thirst for hazardous substances.

Just spray or spread "FAST-ACT" on a spill and watch it go into action. The cleaner puts a death grip on deadly materials like VX nerve gas and sulfuric acid.

Once in the clutches of FAST-ACT, the hazardous chemical doesn't stand a chance - the cleaner rapidly rips it apart and breaks it down.

For a demonstration, follow a link to this video.

FAST-ACT was developed by Kenneth Klabunde, a chemist at Kansas State University, with support from the National Science Foundation.
