Fertility Problems? Have More Sex

Doctor's orders: If you're struggling to make a baby, try harder.
A study of men with DNA-damaged sperm found that if they had sex daily, the damage was "significantly reduced," AP reports. Other studies have linked sperm quality to better fertility. (Sperm of older men pack more genetic mutations, previous research has shown.)
It's amazing that getting pregnant isn't easier. The human male releases about 66 million sperm during each go, and typically somewhere between zero and one of them succeeds. Here's more on why it's so hard. Just don't blame the sperm, as this video shows, they're really strong swimmers and good at sniffing out the target.
