Sea levels

Weather and natural phenomena on this big blue marble of ours.

Hello,  I'm looking for some atlas illustration of the varying levels of the oceans.  Does anyone know where I could find this?

Thanks!

I take a gander at our library, I know we have many books and almanacs containing tidal information.  I am guessing you want something that links sea level rise to global warming or visa versa?

 Here is some internet information.

I'm looking for the variance in sea level at any given time, over whole ocean surfaces.  I remember seeing one of these as a kid and finding the irregularities dramatic.

There are a couple of things to look up.

Start with Dr. Rhodes Fairbridge or "Fairbridge Curve". He is the scientist that determined the rate of rise of sea levels.

For a visual see the paleo maps for the different aeons at http://www.scotese.com/earth.htm which show the landmass location and shore line shape changes.

I don't know where to get the most detail. Palaeos http://www.palaeos.com/ does go into some detail but I find the scotese site easier to navigate.

To know the level around Hudson Bay, the land is rising faster than the land itself, especially around the southwestern portion.
