		<description>If we cut funding to Mars programs that work and return vaulable science about another planet (great practice for when we get Intersteallar cpaabilities), then why even go to Mars at all?  You don't go to Disney Parks and look around without riding or seeing a show.  Why go to Mars just to look around for a bit, then stop?  stop witht he ISS.  We're not doing anything there.  if other countries like it so much, they'll have to pick up the slack.  China wants it's own version.  Why not invite them to join the ISS?  Thye start sooner, we save money.</description>
