Protecting the Magellanic Penguin
A male Reeve's pheasant struts his stuff during the recent snowstorm at New York's Bronx Zoo.
The Reeve's pheasant distinguishes itself by having the world's longest tail feathers, which can grow up to six feet.
In their native range of central northern China, they are declining rapidly due to overhunting and habitat loss. According to IUCN, less than 5,000 remain in the wild.
