A male physical education student who suffered hypoxia (oxygen deficiency) after being buried alive during a ski tour, developed "involuntary myoclonic jerking (brief, involuntary twitching of muscles)," according to the JAMA Neurology journal. While playing the number game sudoku, he experienced clonic seizures in his left arm, but stopping the puzzle activity alleviated the symptoms.
