Billions of gallons of waste poured into the Fraser Rivere from the Mount Polley Mine in British Columbia on August 4th, 2014 when a containment dam failed. The National Resources Defense Council calls for the EPA to reject the mine to avert a spill into Bristol Bay, Alaska.
