This animation shows all 2299 planets found by NASA's Kepler mission so far. Although the planets were found orbiting around 1770 different stars, the animation situates them around a single star. You wouldn't see this in space, but the video provides a perspective on the relative sizes and orbits of each newfound alien planet. The planets are drawn to scale with accurate orbital patterns. Kepler is a space observatory dedicated to finding these Earth-like planets around other stars and will be in orbit until at least 2016.
