The Eurocup may be thrilling, but the Robocup got people excited today. USA played Japan in the Kid-sized robot category at Robocup 2012. The smaller-sized robots fall frequently but their dexterity and ease-of-control makes the game faster-paced than larger robots. The fully autonomous humanoid robot soccer players mimic the movement of human players by using their knees, heads and chests to guide the ball.
