The Personal Vacuum Assisted Climber (PVAC) is a wall climbing tool which relies on a portable vacuum pack and large suction cups. Created by a student at the University of Utah, the tool can support 500 to 700 pounds. Scientists think it can be used to climb high walls during military missions. However, one detriment to such missions is the loud vacuum machine that cannot work for stealth missions.
